Graphene + Wax Chain Lube.
What is Graphene?
Graphene is the thinnest material in the world. It consists of a two-dimensional layer of carbon atoms arranged in hexagonal structures whose height is equivalent to an atom.
This material can be produced by extracting surface layers of graphite, an abundant mineral on Earth. The bonds formed between carbon atoms and the thickness of graphene make this element the best in class in some physical properties, such as mechanical strength, thermal and electrical conductivities.
Keeping your bicycle's chain properly lubricated not only contributes to the durability of the entire system, but it also contributes to a more efficient pedaling and improves the rider's performance, when well lubricated. This small but consistent extra watt gain helps cyclists perform, especially on long pedals.
Tests done by Jason Smith of Friction Facts have shown that a chain with poor lubrication can waste about five watts (in a constant 250W effort). Also according to this study, pedaling harder only makes the equation worse and more watts are lost in roughly equal proportions.
S-WAX Graphene.
With a consecrated formula and even more protection, S-WAX is one of the very few on the market that DOES NOT USE water in its formula. Our lubricant contains 90% wax and 10% Graphene (some competitors use 1%), which is the reason why it's efficient and durable. When correctly applied to your bike's chain, S-WAX promotes, in addition to lubrication, a gradual cleaning of the chain, removing contaminants that impairs lubrication and reduces your bike's drivetrain life.
On a good weather condition you can ride up to 300 miles on a single application.
